Self-protection Print E-mail
Self-protection – This programme gas been carefully designed by MaltaDOJO to build tolerance in today’s society through greater self-confidence and control. Knowing one’s strengths and capabilities and believing in them subdues the desire to retaliate when possible, this avoiding trouble. At the same time, the rigorous body conditioning and practical experience in almost real-life scenarios in the programme will add that confidence required to protect yourself and your family in emergency situations.

Karate 4 Kids Print E-mail

Image KarateKids  – This programme is further sub-divided into other programmes depending on the age groups of the kids. MaltaDOJO recognises the extensive research that has gone into the development of kids and this has been applied to martial arts introductory lessons. Kids need to develop their motorial skills, coordination, balance and other basic life-skills. Needless to say, at this age, kids will be introduced to martial arts combinations and techniques but with a focus on developing them in a more holistic way and prepare them for any other physical activity they may wish to pursue. These classes are more fun-based and physical education oriented. See latest offer.
